Substack exposed for hosting & profiting off nazi content

Nearly 7 months ago, I decided to leave Substack. At the time, I had over 1,000 followers and multiple paid members. I was not worried about losing any of it, but what concerned me was that my faith and morals were not at peace with me staying on the platform.

Ultimately, through prayer and strategizing, I chose to leave and start my own website. Why? Because the platform was overtly hosting, promoting, and profiting from Nazi newsletters and content. In addition, far-right billionaires were investing in the platform, and the CEO refused to censor or remove hateful content.

Many people said I was fearmongering or that it wasn’t a massive issue. But I knew it was. I believe that I was ahead of my time, and the report today from The Guardian confirms what I already revealed nearly a year ago, and has already been public for years.

To protect free speech and independent media, we need to create safe, responsible spaces. That’s why I started this website and appreciate the support and funding you all provide. We cannot, in good conscience, host or conduct work on platforms that encourage and boost vitriolic and racist rhetoric. We must do better as a society and hold these tech companies accountable for their complicity.

Please support my work as a black independent journalist in any way you can. I’ve been doing this since I was 13 years old, and will continue reporting the news without fear, favor, or any interference. My mission is bold, uncompromising, and influential.
