On this TJPS Truth In Transit investigative report, I'm reporting from Gary, Indiana on the humanitarian crisis the city faces after a powerful storm hit the region and cut power. In addition, I discuss how environmental racism plays a role in this story, as Gary, IN, is majority Black. I also expose the shambolic track record of the multi-billion dollar utility company, NIPSCO for their response to this calamity.
